Using Pic2Stitch

Pic2Stitch converts images and text into machine embroidery files. You need an account with a confirmed email address to download files. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Plans and downloads

Free and paid plans include a set number of downloads per billing month, shown on your account page. Limits reset at the start of each billing period and unused downloads do not carry over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Your content and rights

You keep all rights to the artwork and text you upload, and to the embroidery files generated from them. You confirm you have the right to use any image, logo or font you upload. Files you create may be used for personal and commercial stitching. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights or that is unlawful.

Results and testing

Stitches are simulated in your browser. Fabric, stabiliser, thread and machine settings all affect the final result, so always test-stitch a design before production. We cannot guarantee a specific stitch-out result.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before checkout and charged by our payment processor. If a payment fails we may retry it and pause downloads until it succeeds. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

Don't resell access to the service, share your account, scrape it, or attempt to bypass plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
