What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and a securely hashed password. If you subscribe we store your plan, billing period and subscription status. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

Your artwork and designs

Images and text you convert are processed in your browser. When you download an embroidery file we keep a private copy of that file so you can download it again from your account. These files are stored in private storage and are only accessible to you through short-lived, signed links. Artwork you upload for hand-digitizing orders is kept private and shared only with the digitizer working on your order.

How we use your information

• To provide the converter, your download history and your account.
• To process payments, renewals and refunds.
• To send account emails such as email confirmation, receipts and checkout reminders.
• To prevent abuse and enforce plan limits.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with the service providers that run our hosting, database, storage and payments. Each of them processes data on our behalf.

Retention and your choices

You can delete your saved designs or ask us to close your account and remove your data at any time. Some billing records are kept where required for tax and accounting purposes.
