What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how visitors use the service.

How we use cookies

• Essential cookies. Required for the site to work, including authentication and session management. These cannot be turned off without breaking core features.
• Preference cookies. Remember your settings such as hoop size, stitch style, font choices and converter options so you don't have to re-enter them each visit.
• Analytics cookies. Help us understand which features are used most and how people move through the site, so we can improve the experience.
• Payment cookies. Our payment processor uses cookies to handle checkout sessions securely and prevent fraud.

Third-party cookies

We use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, payments and analytics. These providers may set their own cookies in line with their privacy policies. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
